Join a club
If you want to slim without the gym then you might benefit from joining a club. Clubs are great because they’re social, they typically have equipment to lend to you and they are great for boosting people’s motivation. Before joining a club you need to first work out what sport suits you. If you like being in a team you could join a badminton club. If you like working solo then a running, or climbing club might be more suited to you.
